My name is John P. Holzman, and I was the owner of the trailer referred to in Item 1 of the Waffle World Franchise Disclosure Document.
Although I had never been in the concession business before working with Waffle World, my experience with their Hot Waffle and Ice Cream Sandwich was amazing.
I started in 2001, at an event called the Tall Ships of Cincinnati and went on to do many, many more events over the next 13 years. There were many events that I did each and every year because they were so successful.
Even though everyone kept saying that they had never seen this unique product before, it was instantly accepted and enjoyed by all, no matter their age or ethnicity. In fact, many customers came back for seconds at each event.
Also, and most importantly, because of the uniqueness of this product, I was easily able to get into many events, because the event organizers were always looking for a new and different product, and the Hot Waffle and Ice Cream Sandwich fit that requirement to a “T”.
My dealings with Mr. Solish and Waffle World were always professional and businesslike. He was a man of his word and never failed to deliver what he promised in a timely manner.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Solish, Waffle World and its products.
